Over time, curiosity and problem-solving led me into the world of Lightning Components, AppExchange product development, and on-site client engagements in Melbourne—translating real-world challenges into elegant, scalable Salesforce solutions. Each project pushed me to think beyond code: how to create systems that are not just functional, but empowering for the people who use them.

Today, after 10+ years I lead cross-functional teams of developers, QAs, and analysts—designing robust Salesforce systems that integrate seamlessly with external platforms.
